The Model 7937-7977 from Special Timer Corporation provides “on demand” cleaning of dust collectors with 2-10 filters. The Delta P Module activates the clean cycle when the pressure in the filters reaches the upper limit and de-activates the clean cycle when the filters are clean and have reached the lower limit. This is a very efficient method of dust collector cleaning and provides lowered energy costs.

The Model 7937-7977 from Special Timer Corporation provides 2-10 outputs for dust collector systems. Each output provides 120VAC or 240VAC and 1–3 amps in a sequential manner programmed by the operator only when necessary. Timing ranges are available from 16 milliseconds – 2 hours standard and longer times are available by special request. On & off times are programmed via a dial type potentiometer for ease of use and as shown below in the timing chart there are many options for both on & off time ranges. To specify your on time and off time ranges simply add two dash numbers to our root part number as follows 7937-7977{on time range}-{off time range}. For Example: 7937-7977-1-6 implies 16-600millisecond “on time” and 1-60 seconds “off time”.

The sequence of the 7937-7977 is as follows:

• # 1 output on for programmed “on time”, then
• # 1 output off for programmed “off time”, then
• # 2 output on for programmed “on time”, then
• # 2 output off for programmed “off time”
• And so on until last programmed output….
• Then back to # 1 “on time” and the sequence begins again.

The model 7937-7977 can be mounted in standard size Nema rated enclosures and they are often shipped with on/off switches, pilot lights, solenoid valves and conduit openings to accept your wiring.
