The Model 7803 from Special Timer Corporation provides 1 output for dust collector systems or any other repeat cycle requirement. Its output provides 120VAC or 240VAC and 1–3 amps for on an off times programmed by the operator. Timing ranges are available from 16 milliseconds – 2 hours standard and longer times are available by special request. On & off times are programmed via a dial type potentiometer for ease of use and as shown below in the timing chart there are many options for both on & off time ranges. To specify your on time and off time ranges simply add two – four dash numbers to our root part number as follows 7803-{on time range}-{off time range}-{long on time range}-{long off time range}. For Example: 7803-1-6-3-7 implies 16-600millisecond “on time”, 1-60 seconds “off time”, .1-6 seconds “long on time” and 2 seconds-2 minutes “long off time”.

The sequence of the 7803 is as follows:

• # 1 output on for programmed “on time”, then
• # 1 output off for programmed “off time”, then
• Then back to # 1 “on time” and the sequence begins again.

The Model 7803 Repeat Cycle Timer can also be controlled for “as needed” operations. It can be controlled manually with an on/off switch or can be controlled automatically with a limit switch.

The model 7803 can be mounted in standard size Nema rated enclosures and they are often shipped with on/off switches, pilot lights, solenoid valves and conduit openings to accept your wiring.
