The Model 7802D from Special Timer Corporation provides 1 output for Stoker Ovens. Its output provides 120VAC or 240VAC and 1–3 amps for on an off times programmed by the operator. Standard timing ranges are 1-4 minutes on time and 1-60 minutes off time. On & off times are pre-programmed at the factory to 2 minutes on time and 30 minutes off time. These times may be programmed by the operator easily via a dial type potentiometer.

The Model 7802D Stoker Control can be operated via low voltage thermostat that allows the oven to operate as efficiently as possible and should nuisance power outages occur, the memory circuit will hold the control in its current timing mode. If the outage is of long duration, the control will sense this and initiate the heating sequence once power returns.

The sequence of the 7802D is as follows:

• Thermostat calls for heat:
• # 1 output on for programmed “on time”, then
• # 1 output off for programmed “off time”,
• Then back to # 1 “on time” and the sequence begins again until thermostat is satisfied and the control is stalled until called upon again by the thermostat

The model 7802D can be mounted in standard size Nema rated enclosures or installed in your current application.
